  • LITTLE FALLS — The Mohawk Valley Center for the Arts is ready for the holidays.
    From shopping to musical performances to artwork, the MVCA has something for everyone this holiday season, according to a news release, including Linda Goebel’s stained glass pins, pendants and nightlights, Peggy Hadcock’s wine cake and beer bread packaged in wine and beer bottles, Marylou Bintz’s Lambchop puppets and mittens, stuffed sheep dressed for winter, soups, holiday dips and cookie mixes, complete with a cookie cutter.
    Hand-carved Santa ornaments named and numbered by artist Donna Hooson are also available as well as Carol Riley’s and Jan Kawryga’s fleece hats, mittens and scarves in a variety of winter colors.
    The MVCA will have live music during Christmas in Little Falls on Saturday, Dec. 14, and international jazz vocalist Jane Monheit will perform on Saturday, Dec. 21. Limited tickets are available for Monheit’s performance.
    “People and Places in My Travels,” an exhibition of watercolors and pastels by Deborah Rosato, is on view in the 401 Gallery.
