  • DOLGEVILLE — The Sky family from Prince Edward Island, Canada, will perform their “Celtic Christmas with the Skys” production at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, at Dolgeville Christian Fellowship, 3 Elm St., Dolgeville.
A love offering will be taken.
The family has toured from coast to coast in the U.S. and Canada for the last seven years with their Celtic dance and Gospel production, “Celtic Revival.” Wherever they go they bring joy and laughter with their show which combines humor with Celtic music and “Riverdance”-style Irish step, according to a news release.
Each family member will perform on several instruments and all will contribute to the vocal harmonies and dance. Hailing from the North Shore of Prince Edward Island, they capture the Celtic influence of the region and now have the delight of sharing it with audiences from coast to coast, the release stated.
The Sky’s Christmas production will consist of Irish dance combined with fiddle music and songs rich in harmonies, the release stated. Woven throughout will be humorous stories and inspirational testimonies, the release stated.
Their music is available at www.theskys.org.
