WATERTOWN — A Dolgeville traveling nurse has been cleared of any wrongdoing related to allegations that she dispensed medications without a doctor’s order, officials said.
Last month, a Jefferson County grand jury found there wasn’t enough evidence to support charges that Dawn Harrison, 46, illegally dispensed drugs in May from the Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown.
As a result of the grand jury’s “no bill,” the charges were dropped against Harrison.
Harrison was among several nurses charged in June, and charges are still pending against the other nurses.
Harrison has said she is filing a civil lawsuit in connection to her arrest.
