  • Chamber hires Swierzowski as vice president

  • Mark Kilmer, president of the Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce, announced the hiring of Terry Swierzowski, of Johnstown, as the Chamber’s vice president and director of communications and member services.
    “We are so happy that Terry has joined our team,” said Kilmer in a news release.
    “She has a great background and knowledge of our region’s businesses, and we are looking forward to her ability to ‘hit the ground running.”
    Swierzowski previously served as the director of communications at Lexington, Fulton County Chapter. Prior to Lexington, Swierzowski was Interim president and vice president at the former Fulton County Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Swierzowski serves on the board of directors of the Family Counseling Center of Fulton County, on the advisory board of directors of ASAPP’s Promise and on Lexington’s Guardianship Committee. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Marist College, and holds a certificate in non-profit management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
