  • MVCC, Stanley to present ‘Magic Rocks!’

  • Utica native and Mohawk Valley Community College alumnus Leon Etienne and Romy Low will make their first large-scale public hometown appearance since the couple’s run on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” on Saturday, Feb. 1, at 7 p.m. at the Stanley Center for the Arts.
    The show, “Magic Rocks!” promises to be a heart-stopping, jaw-dropping, high-voltage, theatrical production featuring illusions and rock music, according to a news release.
    Admission will be $10 for general, $5 for MVCC employees and free for MVCC students. Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 1, and will be available at the MVCC Box Office, by calling 315-731-5721 and online at www.mvcc.edu/tickets. General admission tickets will also be made available at the Stanley Box Office, 259 Genesee St., or by calling 315-724-4000.
