The Taste of Little Falls Committee is preparing for an “Enchanting Evening” from 5 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 3 at the Knights Inn of Little Falls.
The annual event will showcase the best of area restaurants and chefs, and attracts over 200 people every year, according to a news release.
Beardslee Castle, Bistro Restaurant, Canal Side Inn, Casey’s at Knight’s Inn, Custom Catering/Dominick’s Deli, Fairways Restaurant, Francesca’s Banquets and Catering, Heidelberg Bakery, Il Caffe Espresso Bar and Pastry Shop, Piccolo Café, The Cakery Café, Hannah’s Signature Cakes and Desserts and Portobello Inn Bed and Breakfast will showcase their talents at this year’s Taste of Little Falls.
Ann Street Liquor and West End Liquor will provide beverages. Bouquets of flowers will be provided by Flowers by Suzanne, The Rose Petal Florist and Massaro’s & Sons Florist. Unique gifts, paintings, jewelry, gift certificates and baskets will be on auction for guests to purchase tickets. Auction donations are one ticket for $2 or three tickets for $5.
Getaway raffles include trips to the Manhattan Club in New York City for two to four people, donated by Carol Brown and Dan Ruffo; and trips from Wyndham Resorts to Bentley Brook in Massachusetts, Skyline Towers in New Jersey and Smuggler’s Notch in Vermont. Tickets are $10 each or three for $25.
Admission to Taste of Little Falls will be $45 per person or $85 for two.

All proceeds will help Little Falls Hospital acquire new technology, introduce new programs and improve health education to better serve the residents of the Mohawk Valley, according to the release.
