The Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Central School District is seeking four district residents for the district’s new Board of Voter Registration.
In order for the district to institute more than one polling site for board of education elections, budget votes and other referendums, voters must be registered with the district.
The board of registration will be responsible for following state procedures for voter registration.
Candidates must be available for the district’s board of education election and budget vote, which is set for Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
Board member will also be expected to hold approximately four voter registration events prior to the May vote.
The positions are paid.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, be a U.S. citizen and must have been a district resident for at least 30 days prior to appointment.
