HERKIMER — Herkimer-Fulton-Hamilton-Otsego BOCES has announced the registration dates for the pre-kindergarten program located at several school districts in Herkimer County for the 2014 - 2015 school year.The pre-kindergarten program provides opportunities for positive intellectual, social, emotional and physical development for children ages 3 and 4, according to a news release.Successful transition to kindergarten is the targeted outcome for all students, the release stated.
