HERKIMER — Herkimer could soon have a village-wide website.Kim Tranter, who with her husband, Scott, owns Crazy Otto's Empire Diner, made a presentation to the village board about her proposal during a meeting Monday evening. She said she had also presented a plan to the board several months ago about a site that could be used by village government, as well as businesses and organizations.
