FULTONVILLE — The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office arrested two individuals through their recently completed Operation Restore Montgomery County program.The four-month-long effort involved compliance checks of every registered sex offender in Montgomery County, which consist of record checks and face-to-face interviews with registered sex offenders to verify addresses, employers, vehicles and Internet accounts.
